Here are some photographs of my setting. There is a gate on the side to keep Children in the garden. I have had the gas fire removed to prevent accidents (and carbon monoxide). I Now use a fan heater and have our boiler serviced every year. I have had a full re-wire when I moved in at the beginning of this year so have an electrical safety certificate that is valid for 10 years. I also have 2 smoke alarms and a heat alarm which are wired to the mains and also have a battery backup.
I have long term plans to remove our garage, fence the front garden and build a conservatory specifically as a play room. I will also be taking children to play groups to give them confidence and social skills with other children.
